The turnaround time for a design project varies depending on its complexity and scope. For smaller projects, such as logo design or social media graphics, you can expect a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. Larger projects, such as complete branding packages or Visuals for live performance/Youtube, may take 4-6 weeks or longer. We always strive to meet deadlines and will provide you with a detailed timeline during our initial consultation.

We begin each project with a thorough discovery phase, where we gather information about your brand, target audience, and design preferences. This may include questionnaires, meetings, and reviewing any existing brand materials you have. Throughout the design process, we maintain open communication, provide drafts and revisions, and incorporate your feedback to ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision and brand identity.

We believe in a collaborative design process and welcome your input at every stage. After presenting the initial design concepts, we offer multiple rounds of revisions based on your feedback. You can provide detailed comments and suggestions, and we'll make the necessary adjustments to ensure the design meets your expectations. Our goal is to create a final product that you are completely satisfied with, and we will work closely with you to achieve that.

Upon completion of your project, you will receive all the necessary files in various formats to suit your needs. This typically includes high-resolution files in formats such as PNG, JPEG, and PDF for print and web use. For logos and other vector-based designs, you will also receive files in AI, EPS, and SVG formats. Visuals you will receive, .MOV, MP4, and other requested file types. If you require any specific file types, please let us know, and we will accommodate your requests.
